Analisis Faktor Demotivasi Belajar Siswa Pasca Pandemi COVID-19


 One of the factors that influence success student learning is motivation. Motivation one impulses contained in humans to want do an act order achieve certain goals. In practice, distance or indoor (online) causes a lot loss motivation demotivation students as educational objects. According findings, prior pandemic, most important characteristics contributed lack intrinsic were low test scores, poor school facilities, content and resources, teacher competence teaching style, scores. On other side, once pandemic happened, notable variables demotivating people results, insufficient competency inadequate desire.
